ADELE C WINN

Adele C. Winn, deals with nostalgic glances - a predominant theme of photography. They resided in Memphis, Tennessee for nearly a decade, where they graduated with a BFA from Memphis College of Art. After graduating, they worked at Memphis' premier fine art printing company - Memphis Professional Imaging. Not only did Winn hone in on print and editing skill they thrived with the opportunity or observe the faces of the Southern United States. Watching such a vast quantity of subjects, they recognized the significance of reproduction, cataloging, analysis, and care for these amassed moments captured. Now, back in their home state of Louisiana, they are still searching for faces, collections, and histories. 

 

As a photographer and multimedia artist, they use these themes of archiving moments - personally and externally - to say,
